What Information to Send Tate

You can find your federal student loan information by logging into the Federal Student Aid website, StudentAid.gov. After you log in and pull up your profile, you should see your student loan information.

If you don’t see your loan balance, head to the upper right-hand corner and click on your name. Under the dropdown menu, click “Dashboard”.

Once you see your loan information, follow these three steps:

  • Step 1: Click “View Loan Details”.

  • Step 2: On the next screen, click “Download My Aid Data”.

  • Step 3: On the popup screen, press “Continue” to download the txt file.
